Instructions
I chose one of the website and download all the sound effects I needed.
I used the pitch shifter, parametric equalizer and also reverb effects to make my audios. The voice of the dark lord provided in Adobe Audition was quite useful as it is similar to monster or alien voice, I use it as base and add on other effects in order to get the sound I wanted.
I adjust using pitch shifter and Parametric Equalizer to make the cartoon cat's
voice and man's voice.

Project 1
Week 2 Exercise1 Audio: Sound For Visual
For this project we have to record our voice according to the script given,
then import them into Premiere Pro and add on sound effects and background
sound.
Figure1.1 Muted Clip
This is the muted clip provided by Mr.Martin. We need to record our voice
according to the script provided.

First, I import my voice over and the muted video into Premiere Pro. After
that, I import the sound effects I downloaded into Premiere Pro. I edit them
accordingly to the muted video in order to sync with the animation shown in
the video.
|
| Figure1.5 Add on Ambient Sound |
I then search on suitable ambient sound that suits the scene in the animation
based on the character's mood. For the beginning of the scene I use Jazz music
since the setting is in an old street. There is a symbol of music shown in the
scene as well. After that, the character starts to get into deep thoughts so I
input some sad and moody music to bring out that feeling.

OR
This is the first outcome after adding the audio and sound effects. However,
we need to import this video into Adobe Audition in order to edit the voice to
sound more realistic. For now, it still sound like me.
Week 9: Exercise 2 Audio- Sound Shaping
This week Mr.Martin show us how to edit and make sound shaping using Adobe
Auditions. This exercise is for us to practice using Adobe Auditions, we have
to shape different sounds such as phone call, in closet, bathroom, big
stadium, underground cave.

I use reverb effects located on the effects rack in Adobe Auditions to make the sounds. It was really fascinating and I was shocked on what I was capable of by using Adobe Audition.

Week 12: Audio-Creating Sound Effects
This week Mr.Martin gave us another task for sound editing in Adobe Audition. It is similar to what we did in exercise 2 but this time we had to make sound of explosion, alien or monster, and sound of three punches. Explosion and punch sounds were provided in wav format by Mr.Martin, as for alien or monster sound, we were provided a sample voice in order to remake.

Feedback:
- Each audio clips need audio transition at begin & end, specially begining
- Apply crossfade: https://youtu.be/CiZe-k2xKrA?t=13
- No ambience sound until 20 seconds? Dialogue volume too loud
Week 14: Make further sound improvements/ adjustments
I did the adjustments needed which is lower the audio, add crossfade effects and add ambience sound in the first 20 seconds. I also used keyframes for my truck passing by ambience sound so that it sound smoother.
