This project, we are suppose to turn ourselves into a cyborg using photoshop skills that we learned in class. So, first I sketch out an idea of how my cyborg would be.

Figure 1.1 Cyborg Sketch |
I plan to have an artificial arm and head. This allows me to learn faster and read faster. My artificial arm can help me to draw things perfectly without having human error. While my other hand can do normal human's job. This allows me to do things accurately without any failure. Because of this, the computer couldn't catch up with my pace therefore it produced smoke from its engine.

Figure 1.3 Creating Lines on Face and Arm |
I use pen tool to draw out the lines I planned, then apply blending options bevel & emboss chooseing inner bevel.

Figure 1.4 Apply Invert Mask |
I use inverted mask to make the lines empty so that I can fill in another image using another layer. I use brush tool to make changes that is needed and also fix the outlines.

Figure 1.5 Insert Smoke |
Lastly, I add on a smoke image to create the burning effect by using screen blending mode. This gives a feeling of destruction.

Mr.Martin gave me feedback of my final cyborg project and mentioned that everything was fine except for the face design. He suggested me to look for other designs on the internet.
