I like simple style of poster therefore I go with less words poster quote designs. After that, I start to make my words in Adobe Illustrator as I go on explore more of my ideas.

I manage to come out with four design using the quote : "It's okay to not be okay." Why I chose this quote is because I got inspired by a famous Korean drama recently. It was about psychopath's perspective and it was really interesting. I made the the y reflected so that it looks different from others. Which will show although you're different or not normal, it's okay.

After getting feedback, I came out with another poster according to the comments suggested.

My poster version 1 was not approved however Mr.Vinod gave me more comments and suggestions and I come out with another poster design.

After that I applied some minor changes to my poster that I find appropriate and made another final poster version 3. I've lower the opacity of the small words on the boarder so that it does not take much attention from the audience as it is not the main focus. Also, I changed the color of the reflected y to brighter red to show differentiate it from others.

Reflection
Week 10 : This is our final project, I was very anxious about it as I wanted to do well in this project. I really did try my best I hope Mr.Vinod and Mr.Shamsul will approve my designs.

Week 11 : I'm glad that Mr.Vinod did not kill me. When I saw other's work I knew I screwed up. Fortunately, he give me guidance and explained to me of what changed I need to apply. When he say after I made the changes I should be okay I was so relieved.

Week 12 : I really put in a lot of effort making this Final Project Gif. I've never made so many artboards to create my gif before. Animation type expression I only used not more than ten artboards however for final project, I made 24 artboards. I really hope Mr.Vinod and Mr.Shamsul would approve.

Feedback
Week 10 :
Specific Feedback: Mr.Vinod mentioned that there is not much of type expression in my design. He suggested me to make both words okay bigger and others smaller and see how it goes. Apply these changes first before further designing.

Week 11 :
Specific Feedback: Mr.Vinod mentioned to make use of the space and the words must be bigger and visible. He also mentioned the hierarchy of visual impact. He suggested to divide in three sections to arrange my word accordingly. Try to use all the spaces.

Week 12 :
Specific Feedback: Mr.Shamsul said that I don't have to animate every words and letters. The gif was not stable. Mr.Vinod said it was fine however fix the Not as it moves to the left and right after being changed to italic.

Bodoni Font Typeface Story

https://www.fonts.com/font/linotype/bodoni/story

The Bodoni™ font is a well-known serif typeface series that has had a long history of interpretations by many design houses. The various font styles begin with Bodoni’s original Didone modern font in the late 1700s through to ATF’s American Revival in the early 1900s and into the digital age.It was first designed by Giambattisa Bodoni in 1798 and is generally considered a «transitional» font type. Bodoni was a prolific type font designer and this particular font was highly influenced by the work of John Baskerville, a designer whose work Bodoni followed. The font, with its highly recognizable centered «Q» tail and slight hook in the «J», was widely accepted by printers and can be seen in a broad variety of publications and uses since the late 1700s. American Type Founders came out with a variant designed by Morris Fuller in 1909, followed by an italic and book version in 1910, italic and bold+italic in 1911, a bold shaded version in 1912 and shaded initials in 1914. These were followed by subsequent versions in 1915 through 1926 to create a full family of fifteen font variations on Bodoni’s original font style.Monotype came out with two italic variations in 1911 and 1930 and two bold versions in the mid-1930s. One of the earlier publications using Bodoni was Dante’s La Vita Nuova in 1925. A good example of the design capabilities is Chauncey H. Griffin’s Poster Bodoni™ used in neon signs and most recognizably in the poster for the movie and play Mama Mia! as well as the movie poster for Black Dahlia. The 1950 Museum of Modern Art publication What is Modern Design? was designed by leading modern designer Jack Dunbar and features Bodoni as its title font.
